Can you build an online store?
No. Our websites are built to bring people into your shop. If you sell online through Shopify, Square, or Etsy, we link to it from every page.
Can we show products on the website?
Yes. We feature your categories, best sellers, and new arrivals with photos. For a full catalog with checkout, we link to your online store.
How do we keep “What’s new” current?
Email us updates. Hosting includes one change a month, and the Care plan ($49/month) covers unlimited changes, so new arrivals and events stay fresh.
Can people sign up for events or our email list?
Yes. We link your event sign-ups and add an email sign-up connected to the tool you use, like Mailchimp or Kit.
Do I have to write the content myself?
No. Our guided questionnaire asks about your shop, what you carry, and what makes it special. We write every page, and you approve it before it goes live.
We have more than one location. Can you handle that?
Yes. We’ll recommend the pages you need, like a page for each store, and quote any extra pages before work starts.
Where are you located?
We’re based in Minneapolis and happy to meet in person anywhere in the Twin Cities. The whole process also works online, so we build websites for businesses anywhere in the U.S.
What if it’s not the right fit?
Love your first design, or get a full refund. If the first design we show you isn’t right for your business, tell us, and we’ll refund the full $2,500.
